Will using this service cost me more money?
Because the access is so much faster, you will almost certainly spend less time on-line. You only pay for the minutes you use at local rate.

What have I got to lose?
Nothing, you will recognise the benefits of the service straight away, however if you decide that you would prefer not to use it, you simply revert to clicking on the previous Internet Service Providers logo that you used before. Some software automatically deletes old versions, however we are so confident that you will like our service that we leave any other Internet Service Providers logo's on your desktop.

Can I use more than one ISP?

How do I set up my email software to collect from directdialup?
At the end of the sign up process you will be given the option to download a file and run it. This file will set your machine for both the dial up and email.

If you prefer to set this manually you will need to use the information on the sigh up confirmation page but instead of just the user name enter your username and then (without spaces) directdialup like this.
